Jumlah tersebut terbagi dari 119 konsultasi dan 75 pengaduan THR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSetiap ada laporan yang masuk ke posko melalui PTSA, call center maupun secara online pasti segera kami tindaklanjuti. Kita juga berkoordinasi dengan dinas-dinas tenaga kerja untuk mempercepat penanganan laporan THR,\u201d kata Menteri Ketenagakerjaan (Menaker) Ida Fauziyah di Kantor Kemnaker, Jakarta, Ahad (25\/4).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ida menyatakan setiap laporan yang masuk langsung ditindaklanjuti oleh tim penanganan dari Ditjen Pembinaan Hubungan Industrial dan Jaminan Sosial Tenaga Kerja (PHI dan Jamsos) serta Ditjen Pembinaan Pengawasan Ketenagakerjaan dan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (PPK dan K3) Kemnaker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jadi, lanjut Menaker, pekerja atau buruh, manajeman perusahaan ataupun masyarakat umum yang butuh informasi, konsultasi, atau punya masalah terkait THR langsung saja datang ke PTSA dengan menerapkan protokol Kesehatan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Bisa juga melalui pengaduan online bantuan.kemnaker.go.id dan call center 1500 630. Yang pasti, setiap laporan yang masuk langsung kami tindaklanjuti,&#8221; ujar Menaker Ida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dia mengatakan Posko THR Keagamaan\u00a0 2021 tidak hanya dibentuk di pusat, tetapi juga di daerah baik di tingkat provinsi, maupun kabupaten\/kota.
